Mikey Boy Brown’s team still is $15.5 million UNDER the cap, but they aren’t the cheapest-skates yet this year. Amazingly enough, five teams are $20+ million dollars under the salary cap while the Bungles are middle of the pack… Falcons further under the cap than the Bungles???
